LCS graduate Courtney Beard has been interned for the last few months at 7th Man. 7th Man is a high-end luxury men's fashion magazine dedicated to the style conscious man of today. The magazine prides itself on seamlessly blending the heart of British style with an injection of the most cutting-edge international design. Courtney's role at the magazine has been varied and exciting. Ranging from assisting stylist Dan Blake on shoots to helping with the ins and outs of running a magazine day-to-day. A great student and eager stylist, word is that Courtney has been worth her weight in gold.

Nicola Williams, our delightfully helpful and excellent Liverpudlian graduate, is fresh from her styling debut. She went all the way down to Islington's o2 academy and styled up-and-coming band Reachback for their most recent video shoot. Reachback are gearing up to be a major success story from the 2011 BPI / UKTI Los Angeles Trade Mission by becoming one of the first UK acts to sign to MTV / Sony ATV's 'HYPE MUSIC' licensing roster for emerging talent with an A&R identified global reach. They appeal to the 'teen rock' market with their pop-punk sound.

The London College of Style is proud to announce that we will be working in association with Britain and Ireland's Next Top Model Live. The event returns to ExCeL London on 28-30th October this year! Tickets are now on sale to this gloriously glamorous three day fashion, beauty and shopping event, where you can experience the Top Model lifestyle in the ultimate girl's day out. And boys are welcome too!

After a successful stint as an intern at Cosmo one of our LCS student graduates styles the bikini spread for real women inside the July issue of Cosmopolitan, giving real women everywhere the confidence to wear a two-piece this summer.

At LCS we are delighted that Time and Leisure magazine have printed an image from LCS student Georgina King's editorial collection as their front cover for June's issue. And it looks breathtaking! The accompanying feature sees students chat about their exciting term at LCS.

Past student Mr Hugh Metzger has been out and about strutting his styling stuff at Vstyle online magazine. Hugh was asked to film some hot summer tips for various body shapes for the Vstyle online readership.

Student Hugh Metzger has been out and about styling the fashion pages for Cosmopolitan magazine, July issue due on your local newsagent's shelves in June. He will also be spending some time at Arcadia HQ as an intern, learning the ropes behind the scenes at one of the biggest commercial fashion conglomerates this side of Europe.

Student Haley Diston offered placement on Wrath of the Titans in the wardrobe department, working alongside Liam Neeson, Sam Worthington and Ralph Fiennes. Flourishing with her own brand of creativity and customization dedication it looks as if Haley should become a regular feature of many upcoming features.

LCS sign up to new PR campaign with the lovely Alison at Felicities. The driving force behind Felicities is to nurture new fashion designer talent. As that is exactly what we do at LCS for budding stylists we thought Alison's expertise would be a perfect match.

Students Georgina King, Stephanie Perez and Charlee Hussey will be styling the Spring/Summer 2011 collection for Donna Ida (the prize for the student team who, as part of their assessment, designed the winning Donna Ida window display earlier in the year).
