The twelve-week Foundation in Fashion & Personal Styling Diploma is designed for anyone who is serious about becoming a professional fashion and personal stylist, or in developing existing styling skills. This exciting course trains tomorrow's fashion and personal styling stars.

Expert tuition supports individual development in highly practical based environment. Students are taught and encouraged to produce work of an impressively high standard that prepares them to work consistently at industry level.

Study combines access to live industry projects to include celebrity, editorial and high profile event based experience including London Fashion Week. A series of professional photographic studio shoots, where students develop editorial skills and a working portfolio, form a core element of the course. Many students secure editorial work in print while they study on the Foundation in Fashion & Personal Styling Diploma course which is rare at this entry level of the course. In preparation for this and all LCS editorial shoots, we teach students how to secure loaned garments & accessories from select designers as emerging stylists. All students are supplied with an extensive contact list to use during and beyond study.

Classes are structured to be small and intimate with limited spaces per course to ensure students are exposed to the right balance of one to one and interactive group study.

The LCS skilled tutoring team combines high profile industry lecturers and guest speakers, who are experts in their field, as students are prepared for the professional working environment of the fashion styling industry. For students who excel on the course, there is opportunity for styling based working roles beyond completion of study.

Outside of the classroom study day, students research and prepare live projects and assignments for 20 hours per week, on an individual and group basis. This allows students more time for practical work and encourages individual learning and development.
